Served as Director of Rooms and Project Manager, overseeing 40+ capital projects, including a $14M guest room and public areas renovation. Led cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, upgraded recreational spaces, redesigned offices, enhanced back-of-house areas, and developed SOPs for Four Seasons Private Residences. Provided on-site leadership during the final construction phase as Corporate Office liaison. Conducted inspections and resolved pre-opening deficiencies while overseeing FF&E setup, vendor coordination, and staff training. Led the pre-opening coordination for both the hotel and residences. Oversaw FF&E/OS&E installation, unit handovers, quality control, and service readiness. Served as liaison between design and construction teams, overseeing FF&E and OS&E installations.
